Dinner Meeting with Dist. Gov.

Our District Governor,  Assistant  District Govennor and Past District Governor  will be visiting. 

 

We will be having a special dinner to welcome our Leadership to our club.

 

We will have a pot luck dinner and I will be bringing a Lazagna and Chicken salad sandwiches. I need the rest of the club members attending to bring their favorite dish share. 

For those of you who don't want to do a main dish main you may opt to bring dessert, salad,  rolls, napkins, plates, or table cloths.  We need to get this organized quick .

 

I will be at the club by 5 pm to set up and would appreciate any help I can get. The meeting will start at 6pm and hopefully we can get through this as quick as possible. Keep in mind the District Governor is coming from Cananda and may need a few extra minutes.  Lets try be patient and enjoy the fellowship.  Please forward message to anyone I may have accidentally missed.
